Worst electric supply

Respected sir,

now a days there are so many indefinite electric cuts that too inpeak hours like morning hours, evening and in nights... sometimes nearly 10 hours in a day. due to this we are badly affected... even while typing this complaint there is a power cut... now i feel that its better to live in anyother state rather than pondicherry... bcoz all are worst here... poor sanitary, poor developmental schemes, worst government, improper electric supply, poor water supplies to major streets in the city... domestic water is coming in the colour of brown sometimes even in black colour in the streets of JAYAMOURTHY RAJA NAGAR (NEAR ENGINEER'S COLONY, OPPOSITE TO SUNWAY HOTEL, MUDALIARPET, PONDICHERRY). no effective measures have been taken so far... for past two years we have been taking water in cans from next area... so plz try to look our state sir...
