Dear sir, iam a regular costemer of bharath gas since 20 years, my gas connection is on my mothers name, and she is residing in differant locations in a year with other children.this gas on her name is using by me ragularly. her name not included in my ration card, because in a year two or three months only she residing with me. but in my ration card the pon gas distributers punched the seal for this connection before two years.last month they suddently stopped the suply, the reason they saying is the name of my mother is not included, previously i had a indane gas, due to long days of punctual suply of bharath gas, my self i cancelled that indane connection.but i wish to inform you suddently stopping suply without previous information, is crusial and we are suffering now, my scool going children and servicing wife suffering a lot.iam also at abroad, so my concern is please be provide the gas as usual or give transfer of connection to my native where my mother name included on ration card, and the same time deleted the seal witch you are made on my ration card, then only i could aproach indane gas to retain my previous gas, now they are also denaying to provide gas.this is the logic i think, but lease be ordered your agents to avoid this kind of situation to disturb publics, expecting your prompt action on this matter.connection name k sathidevi, no.75.marutham nagar, saravanampatty, coimbatore
