Excess money taken at AGRA catt. stn

I, was travelling by 2471 exp from 'BCT' to 'JAT' of dt.25/06/08, the train reached at AGRA CATT stn (on diverted route) on 26/06/08 at about 12:30 hrs, the stall provided on PF runnned by M/S R.K.GARG by IRCTC, the person named in stall (as per him) Mr. Naresh took Rs.75/- for Mirinda,

I would like to complain against him & get me refund. I am working as JR.ENGG in western railway at Mumbai central in control office (TEST ROOM).
