Secreatary &chairman of my society is not allowing me to use ourterrace for domestic purpose he always keeps it locked, supplies water on his wish, does not gives key to the terrace and says he will it provide on his wish.i stay at shanti nagar/flat no 43.A/8, poornima appartment.sector 4.shanti nagat mira road (E)
