Withdrawal of my EPF amount

Respected sir,

I bearing the EPF no. OR/6192/34 have submitted the Form 19 A and 10 C to your office and which was received by ur office on receiving no. 3400 dated 17th February. In between two months has been passed but i am not getting any reply or my amunt, Kindly help me and intimate me the status of my account. otherwise i will do the consumer case.
