I am regular user of Nokia Mobiles since last ten years, unfortunately in case of repair of my hand set 2630
i got very bad service and treatment from your both service centres in Aurangabad i.e. Konark Communication and Mr Rauts one as under.
Konark Communication: while i subimtt my handset for display repair they charge me Rs.1170/- for change of display when i asked for Bill they didnt issue it and behave badly. It seems that they may charge more than the company price or evading the Service Tax, VAT and Income Tax which is illegal by law for which I am going to sue against the Konark Communication and Nokia Care
Mr Raut: while I visited the Centre for repair about Speaker Phone they charge me Rs.50/- for only issue of Estimate and for replacement of Spekar phone quote me Rs.292/- extra.
for estimate charging Rs.50/- is too much and seems illegal. the Charge also attract Service Tax which is not paid by your Service Centre
for both the cases i am going to sue against you and your Service Centre
