I purchases a swift dzire through popular vehicles in sep 2009. to start with the dealer kept promising a jun delivery then jul finally delivered the vehicle in Sep 09.When I went to take over the delivery I was made to wait for two hours although I reached the showroom as soon as it opened and I was the first customer of the day. I had to leave station te same day and I was promised that the RC Book would be sent in 20 days. It is 57 days now. the company has simply not bothered to collect the RC book and send it to me. Despite repeated reminders and phone calls I keep getting assurances of the RC book being sent in three days. What a pathetic dealer and a BLOT ON THE MARUTI SUZUKI DELAERSHIP NETWORK.
