I am living in Lakshmi Nagar, Porur. The 40 feet road in lakshmi nagar-Porur is the one and only main which connects Arcot Road (Valasarawakkam) with the mount poonamallee road. A lot of trucks and lorries and school buses are using this way to reach Arcot Road from mount poonamallee road and vice versa. The road is unfit to use even by a two wheeler since it is heavily damaged. The damaged road is less than half a kilometer which is completely deteriorated and in unfit to use. It is been in this condition for more than a year and the porur panchayat is not at all bothered to take care of the repairing the road.
