Non transfer of sb account even after one yea

I had deposited my Postal Savings Bank pass book for my SB a/c 2105133 alongwith necessary written application for transfer of the said account from the Gokhale Road, Thane post office to the Post Office at AIROLI, NAVI MUMBAI - 400708 ON 03.06.08. Even after one year the account is yet to be transferred. My contacts with Asst Post Master at Thane (Head Office) has not brought any response. Atleast based on this complaint lodged I expect the matter is settled by ensuring that the account is transferred to AIROLI Post office without further delay. Thanks
