Pan card issuing authorities
Wrong name printed

Hello sir,

I b.mohankrishna had applied for the pancard recently. As i checked my pancard status I found my name has printed wrong like BOLLINENI KRISHNA MOHAN instead of BOLLINENI MOHAN KRISHNA.My ack.no. 062150100047162. so pls correct my name as mentioned above.
