Post office delay in delivery of letters in Koperkhairane, Navi Mumbai

Dear Sir

I stay in New Mumbai, Koperkhairane (pin code 400709). From last 6-7 months, it has been observed that the post office of Koperkhairane has been not delivering letters on time. There is a delay of minimum 20-25 days, after the despatch of the sender. I have observed the trend and i think they make only once in a month visit to particular sector and then deliver whatever letters have been accumulated. This is really not accepatble, as all the telephone, electricity bills are received after the due dates have gone and we have to pay the fine for no mistake of ours. Also other important documents are not received on time. Request somebody to take a strict action on this.
