Sudden discharged within a week period

I have purchased a car battery on 9-01-0-9 vide cash memo no. 335 battery type 42B20 R Amron FLO from Royal Battery Mumbai Central Mumbai. He is distributor of M/S Ashish Enterprise dealer of Amron. Battery serial No. 3717378162091. I am an old custmer of AMRON battery and used two batteries in the past. I have never found complaint in your product but this time I may be cheated as the battery has been discharge suddenly and is under warranty of four years. When I ask to replace the battery the supplier does not give me proper reply. I have deposited the battery to the suplier on 7-3-09 for necessary action. May I Know please the period to attend my complain as I am feeling very much inconviniecy without my vehicle. please take necessary action. I have also complained to your dealer also on same day on telephone number 022-24315017 noted by MR Santosh.
