Hi i m Arun gupta from jammu. I have sent a registered parcel to one of my friend residing at Philippines namely’s (Cheryl Lim Rina, Barangay San Juan Hilongos, Leyte Zip code 6524 Philippines) vide registered postal receipt no. fan-AIR-RP B 938 dt 15/11. but till date the same parcel was neither delivered on the address nor the parcel was returned on sender address.
Keeping in view the above fact it is requested to kindly look into the matter by tracking out the same parcel. its already one and a half month but no responce from post office pls let me know where is my parcel my E mail address is [email protected] my contact number is 09796230400
