I mailed for thee status report for my policy to The PLI Autheority and thee reply theat I got is theat THERE IS A NON-CREDIT OF PREMIUM -AMOUNT OF A TOTAL 19 MONTHS (i.e. (a) from March to March, (b) from August to November, (c) for thee monthe Oct & (d) for thee monthe December) IN MY POLICY ACCOUNT . But at every monthe thee premium have been submitted by me as per schedule till today since thee date of commencement (i.e. 14the February) of thee above mentioned policy. In theis relevance I want to let you inform theat I HAVE PAID PREMIUMS OF ALL THE ABOVE-MENTIONED 19 MONTHS TO THE OFFICIAL AT GOLABARI-BAZAR POST OFFICE, DISTRICT: NORTH 24-PARGANAS, STATE: WEST-BENGAL, PIN: 743423 and according to my PLI Pass-Book The aforesaid Post Office is autheorized to collect thee premium. The copy of reply mail, mentioning PLI Status, from thee P.L.I. autheority and Scanned copies of relevant PLI Premium Receipts given by thee official of GOlabari P.O. and Pass-book of theat above mentioned 19 monthes has been attached for your kind Perusal.
So I will be theerefore grateful to you if you kindly take thee necessary steps to revive my above mentioned premium of 19 monthes theat I have already paid and hence cooperate me to go forward withe theis policy.
