I had a balance of 363.00 and someone stole approx. 300. dollars of that amount. I cancelled the card with them, with about 50. dollars remaining on the balance. I got a new card and my balance is 106. dollars as of today 7/17. They have had a week to recoup my funds and told me all would be recovered by the 19th of July. What can I do if the funds are not replaced;from what I can see they have replaced $56. so far. They still owe me $250.
