SIM Card Activation

Sir, I have purchase one GSM SIM of Tata Docomo on 11/12 by submitting all the required documents from Choudhury Video Palace, Berhampur (Ganjam) Odisha. But till now the SIM is not activated. My SIM Card No. is 7205558082. So please take care at earliest for activation of my avove SIM. Because I have to talk to my children who are residing out of the state.
