Courier AWB No. F 62707970 through First Flight was sent from Udupi on 29 Nov not delivered to me, where as in tracking it is mentioned that delivered on 01 Dec. When cpmplained to customer care, complaint was taken wide reference no 179775, and next day (14 Dec 12) I have received a SMS stating That " Your Complaint for Consignement F62707970 under ref No. 179775 is resolved, thank you FFCL Cs Team".
Where as I have yet to receive the courier.
