Change in Plan

My Plan for my airtel number 9980003545 was changed without any prior notice. I opted for mobile porting to another vendor. Airtel called me back saying they will give me the same plan back within 3 days and asked me to cancel the porting. I cancelled and waiting since 5 days the plan remains same.
