I am holding a aircel prepaid card.once i received telemarketing call from aircel asking me to change to postpaid and on the very next day, they collected the documents and money from me and they promise my account will be changed to postpaid on the next day evening. Even after 4 days my account is not changed to postpaid.when i contact the postpaid customer care, they ask me to call prepaid customer care, and they said to contact postpaid... at last there is no proper response. Manytimes they are cutting the call after making to wait for long time. For two days i waited for 25 minutes in line and they have cut the phone without giving any response. This higly irritated me... Even now they haven't activated to postpaid account. I don't know where to complain... so i am filing the complain over here... hoping for the best solution.
