Unwanted situation at the time of bus journey at about 7:00pm dated 04.01.2013

Respected Sir,

I, Suman Kumar Maiti, is a resident of Vill- Chakkamina, Ward No.- 18, P.O.P.S.- Tamluk, Dist.- Purba Medinipur, Pin- 721636.

Yesterday my wife and my daughter was trying to reach a Haldia Bagnan bus (WB-29/8006) at about 7:00pm at Padumbasan bus stop (opp. Gunjan guest house). When my daughter step a leg on the front stair of that bus, suddenly the bus started running (without closing the door). For that reason my daughter fell down on the road. The bus left the place showing no sympathy.

I hope you will take necessary action and give me proper justice.
