My name is vinoth this is regarding the worst service I received from airtel. I tried to do a recharge for 149 a nd I was not able to due to server issue from airtel as informed by the support team. I tried again for the past three days and still no go. I asked them to reset my profile and still the same issue. I called the support team again and they said that if I already have a plan active and will not be able to do so. So I asked to cancel it and they did it. Still it is not reflecting. When I call Cx Care if the agents are not able to answer the question they are disconnecting the phone. They are very lathergic, Rude, and still my issue is not resolved. when I Informed an Agent That I will Escalate This issue to His Higher level He Said Do Ur Best And Disconnected.every One I talk to tells different things Nd switches me to several depts. Sorrel should be out of business and they must shut down. The service is be very, very poor.
