Sir,
We have Registered a Complaint with Samsung (complaint no 8426726046) regarding Air Conditioner Cooling problem, for which Company Service person has told that Compressor to be replaced, We have Bill & Warranty card, but then to they say because some Serial no is missing on the external unit, they cannot cover the part under warranty.
Being a Customer we preserve Bill & Warranty document, how can Company expect us to keep record of serial no which is on the external unit.
Is this just to Avoid Warranty and Charge Customer.
