I am a registered travel agent under Make My Trip portal. My Affiliate ID is AFF12199. I had a booking at a hotel named Mi-Casa in Shillong, Meghalaya through the Portal on 12/01 for two nights starting from 14/01 to 16/01. The hotel and the portal has confirmed the booking. But when the guest arrived at the hotel, the hotel authorities said that they do not have any available rooms. After 1 hr or so, they have provided a room which is not satisfactory to the guest. Kindly solve the matter at the earliest.
