A book sent from Kodaikanal to Varanasi by KOD 700989 on 3rd January has not reached Varanasi yet after 12 days. I am unable to track it down using the code no as it shows nothing if the code KOD 700989 is entered. I called up Kodaikanal Branch (04542-241328, 2461880). I was given a no of Varanasi Branch 09307143785 to find out. Is it my job to find out? How professional? I called up the no but it vain as the person could not inform me anything. Yes, he gave me another no. 09389230587. This is ABSURD, ridiculous. I wonder at the service provided!
