Dicsonnecting my number again and again

My number 9716250910 was disconnected first time, reason given was negative verification, I submitted my documents again and got a verification call my number was activated. After 12, 14 days they deactivated me for same reason, I made a complaint with customer care, again my address was confimred by NOdal Officer Anil Gupta on Phone, he said which i am telling is correct. My number got activated again but after few days again same thing theay have done.

Now they say that a number if one time negative verification is there can't be activated nor the are willing to transfer the balance amount, if i take a new sim.

Why my number was activated three times after proper verification, what is problem with this company, this company is troubling me a lot.
