I ordered from this company on May 5. It is now September 20. No order was received, no tracking number supplied. I contacted Customer Service at least three times per week, every week, asking for a refund only to be told I was already refunded. I faxed them proof I had not been refunded. I contacted my bank and they said too much time had passed to dispute the charges and Best Medz refused to give me the transaction number of the supposed refund.
Best Medz Pharmacy repeatedly lied to me. They are thieves and clearly I am not the only person they have stolen from. I sincerely hope that this report is taken seriously and that they are fully investigated and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
