Pathetic Aircel Service

Hi, this is Nobo Boro and I ve been using your pathetic postpaid corporate connection. My phone number is 75030 1 2121. I m very strange to see your service. I can see that you re providing the worst service I have ever seen. Really, I feel like throwing my SIM card. I ve mention my concern in my email below:

I m roaming in Assam and I d problem using the Data service in Assam by connecting to the laptop. Finally it was resolved.

On 17 October I got a text message that I m nearing my ******** credit limit and I was asked to make an interim payment, but in the text message I wasn t informed how much do I need to make payment. So, for the same I called on 121 and the line was disconnected several times and I ve been put on hold without any greeting. Finally, I was connected to the customer care of Guwahati Pre-Paid, although I selected to speck to a Post-Paid consultant and I was asked to called on 9854012345.

I again called on the above number and I was put on hold for long time without greeting and I was disconnected and called again and again the call was landed to Pre-Paid consultant and finally I asked the phone number of Post-Paid Delhi and I was given the number 97160 12345 and I called on the above number and strange that the called again landed to Pre-Paid consultant.

Can you imagine the quality of your service?

Two week before I faced the same problem that the credit limit was nearing and I was asked to make the payment and the line was disconnected. I called to the customer service and asked to remove the restriction so that when I ll be at home I could make the payment, but the lady on the other side of the phone that they re not authorized to remove the restriction. Every telecom industry have a facility call promise to pay and strange that you Aircel don t have that facility.

Finally, I made the payment and the restriction was removed on the next day when I called. This proves that you don t have the facility of removing the restriction. It was quite embracing that there was no outgoing facility on my phone even after making the payment.

I then asked to disconnected the connection was I decided not to use your worst service and the lady told me that she d arrange a call back from the senior and it s been two week now, I haven t received the callback.

If I d know that this is the quality of your service earlier, I d never prefer this called Aircel Service. This is my Aircel corporate connection and I ll flow the message to all my colleague in my office i.e. about the quality of your service, so that no one would prefer your service. I ll speak to the relationship manager as well.

This is my concern and as soon as I ll be back to Delhi, I ll disconnect your Aircel connection and prefer either Airtel or Vodafone.

N.B: Don t even try to call me as I m in roaming until 25 October.
