They have nice products, and they sponsor one of my favorite websites, yet they ripped me off hard-core. I used money order, specified every product, used their on-line printable orderform.
They never sent the product, i waited 3 weeks for it, every day hoping that it had come, but it never did. I sent them polite e-mails reguarding my problem, yet they never responded.
They erased the posts i made to the forum on their site when i left posts politely asking what had gone wrong. They ripped me off.
