Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that the mobile connection service provided Aircel is of very poor quality.
The company has given so many commintment but has not kept a single one. They are giving asssurance which is totally vague.
I am totally annoyed by using the service for the last 10 days in kolkata.
I gave ruppees four hundred and fourty four for the connection which is totally useless for me right now.
The poor service provided by Aircel are :
1) The network is always congested whenever you dial a number.
2) Even if the number is connected after trying 15 to 20 times, it will automatically get disconnected after 15minutes and now that time has been reduced to 2minutes and god knows when the numben will be connected again.
3) The company introduced a rate cutter recharge voucher of ruppees two hundred and forty six which makes all local calls free but it is of no use because hardly the calls get connected. It is totally a waste of money from my side.
5) No incoming calls come from other networks to the network.
So by using Aircel I have to suffer only losses. When I have to make a call I have to go to a telephone booth to make that call even though I have a mobile in which all calls are free.
The company is least bothered to take care of the customers. They are always telling that the problem will be resolved in next two days which is totally vague.
