Address Change

I need to get my address updated and I am trying to get in touch with the agents for 2 days now but no one is responding on the numbers mentioned (0124- 570407/01242574369). Please help me as i am in dire need of cylinder and request can not be processed unless address is changed. I have already emailed the details on urvashigas@yahoo.co.in but no response there as well. Please help somebody!!!
