My name is pritam bhagat, I took a prepaid new connection for AIRCEL Mobile, (My Mob no 9768512598), with GPRS monthly pack of Rs.98 /- but I cant access this service my from my mobile, I informed to AIRCEL andheri gallery, (to Mr. Yadnesh) but he also have not given me proper solution, he is saying this is a problem with my handset, but in this same handset I can easily access Vodafone GPRS. I told this to him also, but he is not giving me proper solution, I asked them, for refund my full amount of Rs.197/- (Sim Card Cost Rs.99/- GPRS Pack 97) but they are not giving me this amount, I met them 4-5 times but noting is happening.
