Dear Sir/ Madam,
Please note I have taken a connection on 22.10.09 vide no. 8013080825 and on 23.10.09 the Aircell mobile service provider has forcefully deduct Rs.30/- for Dial- A- Tune charge. While asking the Customer Care it has been inform that I have requested the same on 11.10.09. I do not understand how it can be possible that SIM has been activated on 22nd but the request has been placed 12 days in advance of activation. I made a complain on 23rd it self and they have given a time of 3 working days. But no reply has been given rather not refunded the charges. They are not at all interested to give any feed back also.
