Aircel/Pocket Internet
Internet not working when attached to pc

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have taken a Aircel Prepaid Connection on 3rd of July and as the company's service of pocket Internet claims that internet can be assessed by connecting mobile with the computer through data cable or bluetooth.

but I am not able to assess the internet through pc when connected with mobile.

I had called to customer care several times, but they are telling me several reasons for the problem, and are not able to rersolve my problem.

so I request you to please look into the matter.
