Disconnecting of internet on pc/mobile

i have recharged my aircel sim with 98 of pocket internet i have got all setting from costumer care and it connect very fast on computer but while using internet it disconnects 3 to 4 times in a minute i struggle a lot . i think i wasted my money...

so please give me the solution of internet disconnectivity...
