Pocket Internet Service Not Working

Respected Sir/ Madam..

I would like to take your precious time regarding my complaint against aircel pocket internet service.

As I using a GPRS enabled nokia N70 mobile phone... My picket net was working fine... From last 2 days its not abled tro connect... and your cutomer care at 121 is not at all responding..

So kindly see to my trhis complain and solve as soon as you can..
