Unwanted callertunes

I am one of your customer, i am using your company aircel prepaid sim card.

and i want to state that i have not asked for any callertunes but aircel have set my callertune by their own and deducted my Rs.20.

i dont nedd any callertune and i want my mony back...

so, if really want to do some something then plz give my money back...
