Aircel (West Bengal)
Reduce the balence without proper cause

I have a Cell phone connection of Aircel (West Bengal). My cell number is 9851333733.My problem is that aircel company reduce my prepaid account balance on 19th September 5 INR, 27th September 10 INR, 3 rd October 5 INR without proper cause.

I called them on customer care number (9851098510, 9851012345), They told me that they reduce my balance for downloading something from GPRS, where my Handset is a Nokia 1110

(IMEI 352261018384778). Nokia 1110 is not a GPRS handset. I told them but they listen me.

I want to get back my 20 (5 10 5) INR as prepaid account balence.
