Ehaviour of capital manage

We bought Haier Split A/C - Hitachi compresseor -1ton from Capital.[ph:033-26411045, 65220659.] on 26/02.but my room area 200sqft.

They suggested mem to buy 1 to (we don't know abt the chart).

But now it is not cooling my room.

We asked them to replace with 2 ton.

But they are not helping us.
