Not give my one month rental & exces charges on internet

I Gopal Khedekar i am a costumer of airtal cell since last one year.

Privesely i am a post paid consumer my first bill was of 1 month rental advance, but the Airtal was charging me excess of bill so to avoide ot i convert it to pri pade by paing 120 rs.

But the Airtal havent give me one month rental backe yet. I have use post paid facility form March to May.

And this month a have acctiveted Inter net on cell phone for 20min they tave charged me about 138 rs i havnd downe lode any thing .i sarfe in my mail account at redifmaill.

And when i call 121 costemer care no ther are not satasfing my complain.

and now they have block my card to 121 i am not abel to talk to costemer cear center..

please do the need full
