I AM HAVING ADVANCED RENTAL SCHEME POST PAID CARD OF AIRTEL AND I AM GETTING TOO MUCH EXCESS BILL SINCE LAST 3 MONTHS. I AM NOT GETTING ANY CLARIFICATION FROM YOUR CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER.
FURTHER WITHOUT ANY FURTHER KNOWLEDGE YOUR SYSTEM ACTIVATING DIFFERENT DIFFERENT SERVICES WHICH IS OUT MY KNOWLEDGE.
NOW IN DEC BILLS I HAVE NOT MADE MORE INTERNATIONAL CALLS EVEN THEN I AM RECEIVEING BILL FOR RS, 1400/- WHICH IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ME, AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE IT IS AROUND 500/- TO 600/-RS. NOT MORE THAN THAT BUT I DONT KNOW WHY I AM GETTING SUCH EXCESS BILL.
NOW IF I WILL GET ANY EXCESS BILL IN JANUARY I WILL DISCONNECT YOUR CONNECTION AND I WILL COMPLAIN IN CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER.
I AM PAYING YOUR BILL REGULARLY YOU ARE REQUESTED TO LOOKINTO THE MATTER AND GIVE ME THE CLARIFICATION.
