Excess payment and poor customer care service

Beaware people in delhi, when you take new internet airtel connection, airtel agent: advent commnucation repeatedly annoys by call asking take new post paid connection of airtel. in my case actual advance rental was 995 rs, but that middleman took 1495rs. i came to know only after first bill came. complained airtel since march 23, date of connection and all document is submitted to airtel service centre but no action taken so far. so many call to 121 and always stupid harrasing responce with no vein and so many of email repeating same answer, so useless.

PLEASE BE AWARE from ADVENT COMMUNICATION, and any promoting phone all asking to take airtel postpaid after taking internet.
