I’ve a airtel life time connection with their GPRS facility. My question is - when all things as per their terms and condition are exactly fulfilled balance is more than Rs.20 always, every month 498/- for activated gprs, Then Why airtel never ever bother to have minimum responsibility on me even never ever sending a “service provider” settings for configuration as activated gprs. If I write MO and send it 2567 – always they send a sms “This service currently not available on your mobile .”
I’m using nokia 6600 but as a confirmation several times I exchange my hand set for another hand set as per gprs section advise (which advise suppose to be coming from Delhi or any Other zone not under my local Customer care net work department. ‘cause they can not under stand any language other than English or Hindi AND which comes sometimes unclear and sometimes inaudible .) and suggestion if my set is corrupt or temporary defective or any other problems, I formatted my cell . setting as like as a factory restore default. But all Problems remain as before..
And as per their sms response from 121
“ we are………within 24 hours ……. “
Could you plz tell me How Many Hours make 24 hours!?
And finally now I made a call with one of my friend cell (Naturally In airtel’s net work) Their Local customer care officer inform me rudely in a damn care attitude they had intentionally barred my number and that time they just threatened me yes threatened that this number (my friends cell Which I used that time) will be barred forever . they given the cause that my behavior wasn’t good.
Am I ill behavior man? is my nature was impolite by default? I’m not capable Airtel ‘s connection? Have I asked their personal life or any kind of individual attack? By whom it will be certified? Airtel C-Care so called Executive officer!
have I asked which colour they would like to use? Which cosmetic they prefer to use? If I lose my patience then what’s the cause behind it? have I used any abusing terms? And I don’t have any work in my personal life which rest of my all day passing argue or chattering with them Have I got Trip from it? without investment?
I have recorded (by the help of my call recorder ware) their voice I can produce / publish if it’s necessary.
Now Will it be unjustified if I claim that it’s Airtel’s Local customer care’s Manners Was insulting and unprofessional?
May I know From where that Audacity comes from? What’s inspiration behind it?
A person is at his wits end being harass without limit since from more than 15 days and Only consolation! I’m given That the fault is all mine and mine only.

I don’t want to blame all of Airtel staffs Some of them are really polite and professional however there are some indeed who truly deserved to be kicked out.
Specially in Jalpaiguri Airtel Customer care’s staffs. They are
absolutely waste. The staff itself is dumb. They cant understand the fact that if a customer is calling them he/she is doing so only because they expect some useful response and they are not calling for chatting with these silly people. It would be highly required that Airtel, as a responsible company, look into this matter and train the staff and equip them with information so that customers don’t waste their time calling them and getting a non productive conversation / Otherwise it will be a shame and abuse by itself the value of the English word “executive” and “officer”..
