On line Registration of my account

Sir,

I am regular user of Land line phone of Airtel bearing No. 011-43027188. Since last 15 days I requesting continuously to provide me user ID and password to access of my account on line to know the details of calls, uses of Broad Band, Internet and online payment on their assistant No. 121. Some times they assure the service will start within 1 hour or some time they suggest to register myself directly on their web site. On the site No page is available to register.

Till now, I am waiting to get me register my account.

Please help.
