Airtel befooling people with cheaper plans

Hi,

Airtel is befooling people by giving cheaper plans & then don't keeping it't promise

I have two nos. 9816076481 & 9816017481 in my account. One no. is under govt. plan with cug topping activated on it & another no. is under cug249 plan. I had been given these nos.by airtl authorized dealer in Baddi with the scheme that first 300min from one no to another will be free && after that 10p/min but to my surprise in my bill these discounts were not given. After that I visited your office in Baddi & met your Sr. Executive Mr. Gunjan Aggarwal there & he promised me that he will give me bever & told me to use the no. acc. to plan. Now my bill amount has reached 12000Rs & I can't pay this bill without all discounts. Now tell me what is my fault in this. At THE END i HAVE NO OPTION Expect going to consumer court

Please suggest me the way out.
