AIRTEL REALLY SUCKS!!!
I hereby want to inform you about the worst customer service offered by Airtel which cannot be imagined at all...
I just got a simple problem regarding the VOIP port releasing. When ever i call the customer service i am getting different stories.
And i don't think so that they are trained. AIRTEL SHOULD FEEL ASHAMED OF PROVIDING SUCH A WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE CORE. AND THE PEOPLE WHO SIMPLY WALK IN TO THEIR OFFICE TOO DO THE SAME.
EVERYTIME WE CALL THE CUST SERVICE OF AIRTEL, WE R GETTING A DIFFERET STORY AND THEY R GIVING US TO RUN BEHIND THEIR USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM RATHER THAN FXING THE PROB.
I WAS LOSING ABOUT 1.57 LACS EVRYDAY N THIS CONTINUES FOR ABOUT ONE WEEK.
