Aising bill after full and final settlement

I had Airtel broad band with the lad line No. 0522 4079375 for last 6 months, i had never been a defaulter while paying.for some personals reasons of mine i opted to get it disconnected.for the same i had paid 2682/- toward full and final settlement via cheque No 823087 Dt 12/03. the representatives also handed over the certificate of full and final settlement. But still a bill of 680/- had been raised this month. My account No of Airtel is :13966725. and bill no. is 169291138 dt 18/03.
