Airtel Broadband
Airtel is not disconnecting my connection

Dear sir,

I am using airtel broad band in panchkula but due to some reason i am shifting to panipat so i want to disconnect the broadband connection. But they are refusing to disconnect. So please help me out what should i do. my broadband no. is 01724372423. my mobile no. is 9216400223.
