Dear,

They have mentioned a plan Home 649 plan which is available for delhi region and on there website it is clearly mentioned " Tariffs plans that are available in Delhi

*Delhi includes Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad "

this is the link to there website where it is clearly mentioned that Home 649 plan is available for Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon and faridabad also

When i asked them to change my current plan to this Home 649 plan then they said that this plan is not available for ghaziabad.

where as it is clearly mentioned that it is available for whole delhi region.

So kindly look into the matter
