Bills getting generated even after cancellation

I shifted to new home in gurgaon and going by my prior experience with Airtel Broadband I decided to continue with them and logged a shifting of connection request. They tried for availability of socket near my area and when they couldn't, I lodged for cancellation of my number. For 1 month, I got calls which said that please dont disconnect numbers as when ever you will revert back to airtel, you can use the same number. I still persisted on cancelation but nothing happened. Finaly I started getting calls from bill dept and then i went to custoemr care and surrendered all equipments myself. Even after all this I am getting calls for my undue amount.

Prior to all this, I was a fan of airtel broadband services but after all this experience I have disconnected all the three lines running from airtel and now I am a happy customer of Vodafone and Tata Indicom
