Airtel Broadband
Claim my money rs. 1100

Dear Sir/Madam;

My name is Farid Haider Jafri. I am putting in School Block, Shakarpur, Delhi-110092. I got a call about airtel broadband in july by their customer care. they told me about broadband plans. Then i call him to come to my room for connection. he came and i apply for connection by filling a airtel form. After that he told me to give rs. 1100 cash. I gave him 1100 Rs. Cash. after that he told that after 2-4 working days your connection will be established. But now the date is (02/09). and no one come here for connection. I call on customer care regarding this and he told me that "your application is here on 03/07 is Patched. and I am farwording your requst and after 2-3 days you will get your money. but they don't. Please help me to get my money back..

What should i do sir... need suggession or help?
